At Hanooz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Must include tags, original packaging, and receipt/proof of purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days.
